Internal marketing includes screens and posters on every bar and throughout the venue, bathroom posters, menus and flyers in the adjacent bottle shop to engage with customers on as many touch points as we can. We run sponsored posts in local FB groups which have had significant engagement. We work with Manly Business Chamber and Experience Manly to push through their channels as well. We work with Hotel Steyne to market Shop and Sip. The Steyne has a social media reach of about 20,000 people plus a large email database. Press releases are sent to local media including Concrete Playground, Broadsheet, Manly Daily and Manly Observer. It's the perfect girls night out, although everyone is welcome (not just girls of course!). If you've heard about the legendary Singapore Boutique Fairs events, Shop and Sip is a similar concept, and I've been so chuffed to be told by people who know "Boutiques" that it reminds them of the Fairs.
